"Bread-Making Workshop" with Jaqueline Bahar -- multi-media artist, M.A. in Comparative Literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and Kol Yisrael editor and broadcaster. Participants will learn how to bake different kinds of bread, with emphasis on the creative process of breadmaking as an expression of positive emotional experience.
"Wine Workshop" with Itai Lahat, wine maker and agronomist at the Barkan Wine Cellars. Graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Hebrew University and the Vine and Wine Department of the University of Adelaide, Australia. Participants will become acquainted with basic concepts from the world of wine. They will learn about different strains of grape and acquire an understanding of the differences between types and styles of wine. They will be introduced to the skill of wine tasting and gain an understanding of the principles guiding the matching of wine to food. The workshop includes a visit to the vineyards and the wine cellars.
"Free-Style Sketching" with Magali Steinbaum, graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem. Drawing, with models, accompanied by live music.
"Psychodrama and Cinema" with Dr. Ricardo Steinbaum, psychiatrist and specialist in psychodrama. The psychodrama technique is a process in which personal situations are played out with the help of a facilitator-leader and an audience in order to enable participants to discover and reveal inner layers of their personality. Meetings will begin with the screening of film excepts, which will serve as a background for the group activity. The group leader together with the participants will then focus on the emotive contents aroused by the films. The events of the meeting will then be summarized and discussed.

Sol Gordon is Professor Emeritus of Child and Family Studies at Syracuse University as well as former director of the University's Institute for Family Research and Education. He is a member of the National Council of Family Relations and the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists. He is widely known for his work and lectures on sexuality, family studies, relationships and suicide prevention.
"Laugh Therapy" With Dr. Mario Satz, Hispanic philologist, author and poet. Born in 1944 in Buenos-Aires, Argentina. Lived in Jerusalem from 1970 to 1973.
Has been living in Barcelona since 1978. Has published numerous essays, poetry collections, and six novels. Has conducted seminars on "Laugh Therapy" in Spain, France and Argentina. Author of book, "Laugh Therapy: The Vocals of Laugh and Culture."
